2020! What a year for weddings: The year of COVID19, when so many couples had to scramble to make changes to their plans, some at quite short notice. What a difficult time!

But for Michelle and Brendan, despite that they had planned a massive shindig with guests coming from all over Australia, they just wanted to get married! And so they did!

They trimmed back on all their plans, and they were our first married couple for 2020.

And their wedding could not have been more perfect: an intimate guest list of the absolute essential closest family members, some risking not being able to return to their home state, Michelle and Brendan’s ceremony brought tears of joy, laughter, and pure delight to everyone, including us!

We are so proud that they refused to let a little old thing like a pandemic stop them from getting married on their chosen date at their chosen venue.

Michelle and Brendan were scheduled to be our 73rd Laloli couple. Instead they are the 62nd Laloli couple to promise to always look out for each other first.

Their beautiful ceremony and special after-party will go down in our history as an absolutely perfect wedding day!
